Cosmetic Club N Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates cosmeticclub.com.pk and provides aesthetic, surgical, hair restoration, skin, laser and dental services from 3rd Floor, Awan Tower, near Mercy Teaching Hospital, Tehkal Payan, University Road, Peshawar, Pakistan.

Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you contact us, book a consultation, or complete a form on our website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, the treatment you are enquiring about, and any details you choose to share about your concerns.
Medical and clinical information. If you proceed to consultation or treatment, we collect the information necessary to treat you safely. This includes your medical history, current medications, allergies, previous procedures, examination findings, scalp or skin analysis results, treatment plans and clinical notes.
Photographs. Aesthetic medicine relies on photographs. We collect images you send us for preliminary assessment, and clinical photographs taken at our clinic before, during and after treatment. Photographs are treated as medical records and are subject to the additional protections described below.
Information sent through WhatsApp. Many patients contact us on WhatsApp, including sending photographs for a preliminary assessment. Messages and images you send us there are received on our clinic device and transferred into your patient record where relevant. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and its own privacy terms apply to the transmission of your messages. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, you may call us or visit the clinic instead.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent and the source that referred you. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools, and is used in aggregate to understand how our website performs.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Assess your suitability for a treatment and prepare a preliminary opinion
- Schedule, deliver and follow up on your consultation and treatment
- Maintain accurate medical records as required of a healthcare provider

We do not sell your personal or medical information to anyone, under any circumstances.
Photographs and Before and After Images
Clinical photographs are taken for your medical record and to monitor your results. They form part of your confidential file.
We will never publish, display or share a photograph of you for marketing, social media, our website, or any promotional purpose without your separate consent. Consent for treatment is not consent for publication. The two are always requested separately.
If you do give consent to publish, you may:
- Choose whether your face is visible or cropped
- Withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, after which we will remove the images from our website and social media accounts as promptly as is technically possible
Please note that once an image has been published publicly, we cannot control copies that third parties may have already saved or shared.

If you have consulted with us or enquired about a treatment, we may contact you with appointment reminders, aftercare guidance and occasional information about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly, and we will remove you from that list without affecting your care.

We retain medical records, including clinical photographs, for the period required by Pakistani healthcare record-keeping standards and professional practice, and for as long as necessary to provide continuity of care or to defend a legal claim. Enquiries that do not result in treatment are kept for a shorter period and then deleted.
Your Rights

- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request a copy of your medical records
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Withdraw consent for marketing or for publication of your photographs
- Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain

Our website and social media profiles may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms in addition to this one.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and its date will always appear on this page.
