Everything published on this website, including treatment descriptions, recovery timelines, graft counts, price guidance and answers to frequently asked questions, is general information. It is not a diagnosis, a recommendation, or medical advice for your individual case.
No treatment can be recommended responsibly without an examination. Nothing you read here should be treated as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician, and you should not delay seeking medical attention because of something you read on this site.

Consultations and Preliminary Assessments
You may send us photographs by WhatsApp for a preliminary assessment. Any opinion we give on that basis is provisional. It is limited by what a photograph can show, and it may change once you are examined in person.
A preliminary assessment does not create a doctor and patient relationship, does not constitute a diagnosis, and is not a commitment to perform any procedure. That relationship begins when you attend a consultation and we accept you for treatment.
We reserve the right to decline to treat any person where, in our clinical judgement, a procedure is not appropriate, not safe, or unlikely to meet their expectations.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
Every patient heals differently. Results depend on your age, health, skin and hair characteristics, donor supply, the extent of your condition, your adherence to aftercare, and factors outside anyone’s control.
Photographs shown on this website and on our social media are of individual patients and represent their own outcomes. They are illustrative of what has been achieved, not a promise of what you will achieve.
We do not guarantee any specific result, and no member of our team is authorised to give such a guarantee on our behalf. Any procedure carries risks, which will be explained to you and documented in your consent form before treatment.
Prices and Quotations
Prices published on this website, including per-graft rates and starting figures, are indicative guidance only. They are not offers, and they do not constitute a binding quotation.
Your actual price is confirmed in writing following an in-person assessment. That written quotation is valid for the period stated on it and covers the treatment described in it. Additional or subsequent sessions, revisions, or treatments of a different scope are quoted separately.
We may change our published prices at any time without notice. A written quotation already issued to you will be honoured for its stated validity period.
Appointments, Deposits and Cancellations
Appointments should be booked in advance. Where a deposit is required to reserve a surgical date, the amount and its terms will be confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. Deposits for cancellations made with insufficient notice, or for missed appointments, may be retained in whole or in part, as set out in your booking confirmation.
We may need to reschedule your appointment in cases of clinical emergency, staff illness or circumstances beyond our control. In that event we will offer you the earliest alternative date and, where you have paid a deposit and do not wish to reschedule, refund it.
Aftercare and Your Responsibilities
Your result depends significantly on what you do after your procedure. You agree to:
- Give complete and accurate information about your medical history, medications and previous treatments
- Follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions given to you
- Attend follow-up appointments, in person or by WhatsApp, as scheduled
- Contact us promptly if you have any concern about your recovery
Failure to disclose relevant medical information or to follow aftercare instructions may affect your result and may affect any complaint or claim relating to it.
Photography and Consent
Clinical photographs are a routine and necessary part of aesthetic treatment and form part of your medical record.
Publication of your photographs for marketing or any promotional purpose requires your separate written consent, which you may withhold or later withdraw without any effect on your care. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reproduce its content, images or design without our written permission.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, is the property of Cosmetic Club N Clinic or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Patient photographs displayed on this site may not be copied, reused or redistributed under any circumstances.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them or from services provided by Cosmetic Club N Clinic is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and its date will always appear on this page, and continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
