Beard Transplant in Peshawar for Patchy Growth and Thin Cheek Lines
A beard transplant moves follicles from the back of your scalp into the face, where they grow permanently and are shaved, trimmed and styled like the rest of your beard. It fills patches that never filled in, thickens a thin cheek line, connects a moustache to a chin, and covers scars where hair stopped growing.
In Peshawar a beard carries weight that it does not carry everywhere. Patchy growth is not a small cosmetic complaint here, and men who have spent years growing a beard out hoping the gaps would close eventually are the patients who arrive at our clinic most frustrated. Those gaps do not close on their own. Transplantation is the only permanent way to fill them.
At Cosmetic Club N Clinic, every beard transplant is designed and performed by a qualified plastic surgeon at Awan Tower, near Mercy Teaching Hospital on University Road, Peshawar. Your consultation is free, includes donor assessment and beard design, and ends with a written per graft quote.
What a Beard Transplant Can Fix
Patchy Cheeks
The most common request. Bald spots and thin areas across the cheeks that never filled in during your twenties and are not going to.
A Weak or Undefined Cheek Line
The upper edge of the beard is what gives a face structure. A ragged or low cheek line can be built into a clean, deliberate one.
Disconnected Moustache and Chin
Where the moustache does not meet the beard, the whole face reads as unfinished. Connecting them is often a small procedure with a large effect.
Sparse or Absent Growth
Some men produce very little facial hair at all. A full beard can be constructed, though it takes a high graft count and usually two sessions.
Scars, Burns and Cleft Repair Lines
Hair does not grow through scar tissue. Grafts placed into and around a scar conceal it permanently, and this is among the most satisfying work we do.
Previous Poor Beard Work
Beards transplanted at the wrong angle stick out rather than lying flat. Correcting direction is possible and it is a growing part of our practice.
Beard Procedures at Cosmetic Club N Clinic
Cheek and Density Filling
Grafts placed into thin or bald areas to even out coverage across the beard.
Beard Design and Line Definition
Building a deliberate cheek line and jaw line rather than accepting whatever grew.
Moustache Connection
Bridging the gap between moustache and chin so the beard reads as continuous.
Full Beard Construction
For men with minimal native growth, usually 2,500 grafts or more and often planned across two sessions.
Scar and Burn Coverage
Concealing scars along the jaw, chin or cheek, including cleft lip repair lines.
Correction of Previous Beard Transplants
Redirecting or removing grafts placed at the wrong angle by another clinic.
How We Design a Beard
Angle Is Everything
Scalp hair leaves the skin at a moderate angle. Beard hair leaves it almost flat, and the angle changes across the cheek, along the jaw and under the chin. A graft placed at scalp angle will stand out from the face permanently and no amount of density will hide it. This single factor separates good beard work from obvious beard work.
Single Follicles, Almost Everywhere
Beard hair grows as single strands. Multi hair grafts placed in the face create tufts that look wrong at close range, so the sorting stage matters more here than in any scalp procedure.
Design Around Your Face
Patients frequently arrive with a picture of someone else's beard. What suits a wide jaw does not suit a narrow one. We draw your lines with you, on your face, in the mirror, before anything begins.
Density You Can Grow Into
We usually plan slightly conservative density in the first session. A beard that is too dense cannot be undone, whereas adding more later is straightforward.
Where the Grafts Come From
The donor area is the back and lower sides of the scalp, the same permanent zone used for scalp transplants. This hair is genetically resistant to loss and it adapts to its new location, though it retains scalp characteristics in one respect worth knowing: it may grow faster and straighter than your native beard hair, and it will need trimming more often.
For men whose scalp donor is limited, beard grafts can sometimes be taken from under the chin where growth is dense and the harvest is invisible.
Your Beard Transplant Journey, Step by Step
-
Consultation and Design
Donor density measured, your existing growth pattern mapped, and the beard drawn on your face with you. You leave with a graft number and a written price.
-
Extraction
Follicles taken individually from the scalp donor zone by FUE. Only the donor window is trimmed, and it sits where the hair above conceals it.
-
Placement at Facial Angles
Sites created or grafts implanted directly at the acute angles facial hair requires, following the direction your existing beard grows in each zone.
-
Same Day Discharge
A beard session runs four to seven hours depending on graft count. You go home the same evening with written aftercare.

Your Recovery, Week by Week
Days 1 to 3
Small crusts around each graft and mild facial swelling. This is the most visible stage and it is short.
Days 4 to 7
Crusts begin shedding with the gentle washing routine we teach you. Redness fades steadily.
Days 8 to 10
The face looks essentially normal. You may shave carefully from around day ten, on our instruction.
Weeks 3 to 8
Transplanted hairs shed. Expected and temporary, and the point at which patients who were not warned start to panic.
Patient Reviews And Treatment Stories

The anaesthetic injections were the only uncomfortable part, and I ate lunch and used my phone through the rest of it. I was back at work within the week. What I notice now is the direction of the hairline, it grows forward the way my hair always did.

I travelled from Mardan having already been given three different prices over the phone elsewhere. Here they examined my scalp first, put the quote in writing, and that was exactly what I paid. The doctor explained why FUT suited my case rather than selling me the newer option.

Beard Transplant Cost in Peshawar
Beard transplants are priced per graft, confirmed in writing after examination. Grafts at Cosmetic Club N Clinic are priced between 40 and 50 rupees each, with packages beginning from PKR 30,000. Beard work generally needs fewer grafts than scalp restoration, commonly between 600 and 2,600 depending on whether you are filling patches or building a full beard, so the total is often lower than patients expect. Placement is slower than scalp work because every graft is a single follicle set at an acute angle, so do not judge a beard quote purely on graft count. What you are paying for is the angle.

Frequently Asked Questions About Beard Transplant
The initial transplanted hairs shed between weeks three and eight, which is normal. The follicles remain and produce permanent hair from around month three. Because the donor comes from the permanent zone of your scalp, the result does not thin later.
Yes, from around day ten on our instruction, and freely thereafter. The hair grows continuously and is shaved, trimmed and styled exactly like the rest of your beard.
It comes from the scalp, so it may grow slightly faster and straighter than native beard hair and will need trimming more often. Once it has been trimmed to match, the difference is not visible.
Filling cheek patches commonly takes 800 to 1,500 grafts. Adding a cheek line or connecting a moustache takes fewer. Building a full beard from minimal growth usually takes 2,500 or more, often across two sessions. Your figure comes from examination.
The anaesthetic injections in the face sting for a few minutes. The procedure itself is painless, and post operative discomfort is mild and short lived.
Most patients are comfortable by day seven to ten, once crusting has shed. Facial work is more visible during the first week than scalp work, simply because there is nowhere to hide it.
Yes, and it does so permanently. Hair does not regrow through scar tissue on its own, and grafts placed into and around a scar conceal it in a way nothing else can.

My parting had been widening for years and I assumed a transplant meant shaving my head. Dr. Mohib explained the non-shave approach and I was seen privately throughout. A year on, my parting has closed and nobody outside my family knows
