Dental Bridges in Peshawar
to Replace Missing Teeth

A dental bridge fills the gap left by one or more missing teeth by anchoring a replacement tooth to the healthy teeth on either side. It is fixed in place, you do not remove it, and once it is fitted you eat, speak and smile as though the gap was never there. At Cosmetic Club N Clinic in Peshawar we make our bridges with zirconia in our own dental laboratory on University Road, designed and fitted by qualified dental surgeons.

Indications

When You Need a Bridge

One or More Missing Teeth in a Row

The core reason. A bridge closes the gap and restores the look and function of the missing teeth using the teeth either side as support.

A Gap That Is Affecting Your Other Teeth

A missing tooth is not only a cosmetic problem. The teeth around a gap drift into it and the opposing tooth grows toward it, which changes your bite over time. A bridge holds everything in place.

When You Want a Fixed Solution Rather Than a Removable One

Where a denture would replace the teeth removably, a bridge is fixed and stays in your mouth permanently, which most patients prefer for a small number of teeth.

When an Implant Is Not the Right Choice

A dental implant is often the ideal way to replace a single tooth, but it is not right for everyone. Where bone is insufficient, where a patient would rather avoid surgery, or where the teeth beside the gap already need crowns, a bridge is frequently the better answer. We explain both at consultation.

Options

Types of Dental Bridge We Offer

Type 01

Traditional zirconia bridge.

The most common. A replacement tooth held by crowns on the natural teeth either side of the gap. Strong, fixed and natural looking.

Type 02

Cantilever bridge.

Used where there is a healthy tooth on only one side of the gap, anchoring the replacement from a single side.

Type 03

Maryland bridge.

A conservative option for front teeth that bonds the replacement to the backs of the neighbouring teeth with minimal preparation, preserving more of the natural tooth.

Type 04

Implant supported bridge.

For larger gaps, the bridge is anchored to implants rather than natural teeth, which avoids crowning healthy teeth and is often the strongest long term solution for multiple missing teeth.

From impression to bonded bridge

How We Make Your Bridge

The teeth either side of the gap are shaped to receive the anchoring crowns under local anaesthesia, an impression is taken, and the bridge is milled and shade matched in our own laboratory before being checked for fit and bonded permanently. The process is painless.

Because our lab is in the same building rather than in another city, most bridges are completed within one to two weeks, and we give you the exact timeline at your consultation. You wear a temporary bridge in the meantime so you are never left with a visible gap.

  1. Anchor teeth shaped

The teeth either side of the gap are prepared under local anaesthesia to receive their anchoring crowns.

  2. Impression taken

An exact impression of the gap and the prepared teeth goes straight to our lab upstairs.

  3. Milled & shade matched

Your zirconia bridge is milled and shade matched in our own laboratory on University Road.

  4. Checked & bonded

Fit and bite are checked, then the bridge is bonded permanently. You leave with a complete smile.

Never left with a gap: you wear a temporary bridge while yours is milled, and most bridges are completed within one to two weeks.

Looking after it

Caring for Your Bridge

A bridge lasts ten to fifteen years and often longer with the right care, which is straightforward: brush and floss normally, clean under the replacement tooth with the special floss or brush we show you, and keep your regular check ups and scaling. The most common reason a bridge fails early is decay in the anchor teeth from missed cleaning, and that is entirely preventable.

  • Brush and floss normally, every day
  • Clean under the replacement tooth with the special floss or brush we show you
  • Keep your regular check ups and scaling

Patient reviews

Patient Reviews

★★★★★
"I had lived with a gap at the front for years and assumed replacing it would cost a fortune. A three unit zirconia bridge closed it, made in their own lab, and the price was in writing before they started."

Naveed A., Peshawar 3 unit zirconia bridge

★★★★★
"They talked me through a bridge and an implant honestly and told me the bridge made more sense because the teeth either side already needed crowns. I appreciated not being pushed toward the pricier option."

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Dental Clinic In Peshawar

Neither is universally better. A bridge is fixed, needs no surgery and is quicker, but it involves crowning the teeth either side of the gap. An implant leaves neighbouring teeth untouched but requires surgery and several months. We recommend the one your case calls for and explain both at consultation.
