Care for every stage

What We Do for Children

Check Ups and Monitoring

A short, friendly examination every six months that tracks how the teeth and jaw are developing and catches decay while it is tiny and painless to treat. The visit is as much about keeping your child comfortable with the dentist as it is about the teeth.

Cleaning and Fluoride Treatment

A gentle clean to remove plaque, followed by a fluoride application that strengthens the enamel and makes the teeth far more resistant to decay. It is quick, painless and one of the most effective things we do for young teeth.

Fissure Sealants

A thin protective coating painted onto the grooves of the back teeth, where most childhood cavities start. Sealants are completely painless, take minutes, and are one of the best value ways to prevent decay in children.

Children's Fillings

When a cavity does appear, a small tooth coloured filling repairs it quickly and gently. Treating a baby tooth early stops the decay reaching the nerve and causing the toothache and infection that frighten children most.

Gentle Tooth Extraction

Sometimes a badly decayed or stubborn baby tooth needs to come out. We do this as gently and calmly as possible, and only when it is genuinely needed, never as the easy option.

Early Orthodontic Assessment

From around age seven we check how the adult teeth and jaw are coming through, so that crowding or bite problems are spotted early. Where treatment is needed later, braces or clear aligners straighten the teeth, and catching it early often makes that treatment simpler.

Emergencies and Toothache

A child in pain, or one who has knocked or broken a tooth, needs to be seen quickly. Call or WhatsApp us and we will fit them in as soon as we can.

Earlier than you think

When Should My Child First See a Dentist

Earlier than most parents expect. The guidance is to bring a child for their first dental visit by their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. That first visit is not about treatment, it is about checking everything is developing well, giving you advice on brushing and diet, and letting your child meet the dentist in a relaxed way with nothing done to them. Children who start young grow up without the fear of the dentist that so many adults carry, and small problems are caught before they ever cause pain.

The fear-free visit

A Clinic Built to Keep Children Calm

The biggest thing we offer a child is a visit that does not scare them. Our dentists work slowly and gently, explain things in a way children understand, and never rush or force a frightened child. We let a nervous child look, touch and get used to the chair before anything happens, and we treat in short, calm steps. Female clinicians are available on request, and we speak Pashto, Urdu and English, so your child is spoken to in the language they are comfortable in. A child whose early visits are calm becomes an adult who looks after their teeth.

A fair question, answered

Why Baby Teeth Matter

Parents often ask why a baby tooth is worth treating when it will fall out anyway, and it is a fair question. Baby teeth hold the space for the adult teeth coming behind them, so losing one too early can crowd the adult teeth and lead to orthodontic problems later. They also let a child eat and speak properly, and a decayed baby tooth hurts, gets infected, and can damage the developing adult tooth beneath it. Looking after baby teeth is not wasted effort, it protects the adult teeth before they even arrive.

Parent reviews

What Parents Say

★★★★★
"My son was terrified of dentists after a bad experience elsewhere. They took it slowly, let him sit in the chair and look at everything first, and did the filling without a single tear. He actually asks to go back now."

Mother of a 6 year old Peshawar

★★★★★
"They checked my daughter's wobbly tooth and told us honestly it would fall out on its own in a week or two and did not need removing. They did not charge us or do anything unnecessary. That is why we trust them with both our children."

Between visits

Helping Your Child at Home

A few simple habits protect your child's teeth between visits. Brush their teeth twice a day with a smear of fluoride toothpaste, and help or supervise until they are old enough to do it well themselves, usually around seven. Keep sugary drinks and snacks to mealtimes rather than through the day, and avoid putting a baby to bed with a bottle of milk or juice, which is a common cause of early decay. Bring them for a check up every six months, and talk about the dentist positively, never as a threat, so the visit stays something they do not fear.
